win week
Sharp analysis
Clear results
Committed execution
“Within six weeks, we had a fully running improvement program.”
– Rob, Plant manager
What is the win week
The Win Week combines sharp analysis with genuine engagement. No consultancy promises; within five days, there’s a practical and detailed plan, created and owned by the team itself.
In the preparation phase, we analyze data, interview people, and conduct benchmarks. These insights form the foundation for the workshops in which the team builds the improvement plan step by step. During implementation, progress is monitored to enable adjustments and ensure that results are sustained over time.

Achieved results

8% cost reduction in an “optimized” factory

18% higher OEE in a food factory

13% cost reduction in an IT department
Who the Win Week is for
The Win Week is designed for organizations that want to improve performance through engagement, data, and realistic savings. A Win Week is carried out within a defined part of the organization, such as a department, business unit, or production site.
The method was developed in production environments where focus, structure, and team results are essential. That same approach is also highly effective in non-production settings where collaboration, processes, and ownership are key.
